Amberly smiled as she heard what Lucas said to her sister, What about dating her? Didnt he want to be dating Cassie? It got her thinking, She kept smiling though and her hand touched his lightly then smiled at the new girl "Hi Jennifer"" She said smiling. |

Cassie smiled at Jennifer, "Hey Jenny" she said smiling. She looked at Lucas then Amberly, were they going out? "Uh... are you guys dating?" she asked, eyebrows raised.

Lucas didn't really know what came over him with Cassie's question but he nodded his head and blurted out a " Yeah!" his eyes going wide and he coughed a bit hoping Amberly won't get mad at that. |

Amberly heard a 'Yeah' coming from Lucas, Yeah they are dating? She was confussed she looked at him "What?" she asked softly, Did he like her? She always thought that Lucas was in love with Cassie. |

Cassie looked from Lucas to Amberly, was there something they were'nt telling her? Her sunglasses fell further down her face, and she reached forward to push them up her nose.

" Err..." Lucas's face was bright red now. He glanced at Amberly having a feeling later he was going to get in trouble. " Well, err... umm.." he stumbled over his words not even getting a full sentence or even a real world out. |

Cassie laughed at the awkwardness and grinned at both her sister and Lucas. "I think Lucas wants to go out with you, and hopes you dont mind" she said smiling sweetly, since she had no idea what was going on.

Lucas sighed a bit not knowing what to say to that. He wanted to be with Amberly but when he looked at Cassie he felt guilt rush over him. He had used Cassie before her accident as a way to get close to Amberly because he had felt it was easier to get close to Cassie then Amberly and know he was close to Amberly. But he felt extremely bad about it because he knew Cassie would find out he was using her eventually for her sister. but know it didn't seem like it and he felt guilty really bad that he had done that to her. He didn't say anything just simply stared down at the steps. |

Amberly listened to what her sister said and looked at Lucas, Was that true? "If thats what your asking Lucas then well" she started and paused for a long time and closed her eyes and nodded and opened her eyes again "Yes" she said to him "If your asking that, My answer is yes and it always would be and it always was a yes" she added and looked away then at him. Thoughts were running threw Amberly's head, Did he use Cassie, Just to get to me? |

Lucas was taken completely off guard at what Amberly was saying to him. She liked him.. wanted to go out with him? But what how when why? He was asking himself a lot of questions right now. He was feeling guilty about Cassie and what he had done to her and he just he couldn't speak. It was just all bad timing right now he quickly stood up. " I gotta get to class bye!" he said and quickly ran off. Yes, he liked Amberly but it all seemed to be happening to fast and Cassie he just couldn't get out of his head what he had done to her. He expected Cassie to be mad at him and now she won't be because she had no idea who he even was. He knew he'd have to face Amberly at her house later he won't stand her up but he just needed to get out now. He'd deal with that when he had too. |

Amberly watched him leave her eyes we're watering after he just left, She looked at Cassie then back down at the floor, He must'nt like her then, If he's just lefted like that. She couldnt believe it. |

Cassie watched what was going on, eyebrows raised. what the hell was going on ? Where teens always like this, or were they acting up around her? She frowned as she tried to take it all in. She smiled when Lucas said he was going, "Bye then Lucas" she said, giving him a wave. When he was gone, she turned to Amberly. "he seems to like you" she said smiling politely across. But her sister, best friend, seemed to be lost in her own thoughts and cassie didn't know why. She just shrugged, she'd get used to it... hopefully.

Amberly wiped her face and then looked up at Cassie hearing a 'he seems to like you' she sighed, she hoped he did. "I doubt that Cassie" she said. Which was true, he went out with Cassie whilst Amberly was just there when they used to kiss and hug and stay close to eachother, that hurt Amberly and made her really depressed.
